摘  要:研究了针铁矿法从还原红土镍矿盐酸浸出液中除铁,考察了空气流量、溶液pH、反应温度等对除铁和镍钴损失的影响。试验结果表明:在空气流量300L/h、溶液pH=4.0、温度90℃、溶液中Cu2+质量浓度0.5g/L、反应时间3h条件下,铁去除率达98%以上,沉淀物过滤性能良好,镍、钴损失率分别为2.8%和3.2%。Removal of iron from hydrochloric acid leaching solution of reduced laterite by goethite process was investigated. The effects of air flow,the solution pH and reaction temperature on removal of iron and losses of nickel and cobalt were examined. The results show that removal rate of iron is over 98% and losses rate of nickel and cobalt are 2.8% and 3.2% ,respectively,at the conditions of air flow of 300 L/h,pH of 4.0,temperature of 90 ℃ ,Cu2+concentration of 0.5 g/L,and reaction time of 3 h. The precipitate obtained is filtered well.
