摘 要:以某10655 t散货船中间三舱段为例,采用ANSYS建立有限元模型,提取4个位置的热点响应应力,计算加载不同应力水平焊接残余应力的疲劳强度,分析不同装载工况对疲劳强度计算结果的影响规律。结果表明:随着焊接残余应力的增大,热点位置的疲劳累积损伤度总体随之变大,且疲劳累积损伤度呈现一定的规律性,并给出相应的修正公式。The influence of welding residual stress on the fatigue strength of cabin structure was analyzed by finite element method.By taking the middle three- cabin of a 10 655 t bulk carriers for example,finite element model was established by ANSYS.Four locations of hot spots extraction in response to stress has been made to analyze the influence of different stress level of welding residual stress and different loading conditions on fatigue strength.The results show that with the increase of welding residual stress,cumulative fatigue damage of hot spot locations generally becomes larger and shows certain regularity.At last,the corresponding correction formula was given.
