摘 要:核电用奥氏体不锈钢和镍基合金的应力腐蚀问题常导致管道等设备产生缺陷和失效。OVERLAY堆焊技术是针对应力腐蚀问题的实用可靠修复手段,通过堆焊一定尺寸的耐应力腐蚀镍基合金材料,形成新的压力边界(密封)焊缝和结构加强。在实际应用过程中,除完成必要的检验和试验项目外,还应进行相应的残余应力和服役寿命等分析评价。The stress corrosion of austenitic stainless steel and nickel- based alloy which are used in nuclear reactor plant always causes defects and failure in pipelines and other equipment.OVERLAY welding technique is a practical and reliable maintenance and repairment method for stress corrosion.With overlaying the stress corrosion resistance material nickel- based alloy with a given size,the new pressure boundary of the weld and reinforced structure were formed.During the application of the OVERLAY welding technique,assessments containing residual stress analysis,service life analysis and other aspects should be carried out,besides the necessary testing and detection should be finished.
