摘 要:研究了硼、碳合金元素和钎焊温度对含铝、钛的镍基高温钎料的表面氧化反应的影响。试验发现,在只含以硅作降熔点元素的镍基活性钎料中,在2×10^(-2)Pa的真空环境下加热,表面氧化反应十分严重,钎料颗粒氧化发黑,不铺展、不润湿;在加入0.15%碳元素后,表面氧化反应略有减弱;而在同时加入0.3%左右的硼元素后,钎料颗粒氧化发黑现象消失,表面脱氧化反应强烈,钎料的铺展和润湿性良好;而提高钎焊温度则对活性钎料的表面脱氧反应有利。The effects of boron,carbon alloying elements and brazing temperature on the surface reactions of high temperature nickel- based filler metals were investigated.The experiments showed that the activating nickel-based filler metals only with silicon which can drop the melding point of filler metal were subjected to severe surface oxidization for vacuum brazed at 2 X 10' Pa,the color of filler metal powder became black because of oxidation,and there were no spreading and wetting on the base metal.But 0.15%carbon was added into the filler metals,the surface oxidization was a little decreased.Moreover together with 0.3%boron addition,there would be no blacking phenomenon of filler metal powder,and filler metals exhibited excellent spreading and wetting performances,sufficient surface deoxidization reaction of filler metals took place.And higher brazing temperature and longer holding time are helpful to the surface deoxidization reactions of filler metals bearing active elements.
