基于石膏内置模的空心楼盖静力特性分析

摘　　要：石膏内置模空心楼盖是近年来出现的一种楼盖结构形式,它利用磷化工副产品——磷石膏作为主要生产原料,生产石膏内置模,施工时将石膏内置模按一定间距均匀布置在模板上,浇筑混凝土实现一次现浇成型。该楼盖具有节约建筑材料、实现楼盖大开间、减轻楼盖结构自重、方便施工等优点。本文对石膏内置模空心楼盖进行静力分析和静力特性研究,研究结果对石膏内置模空心楼盖的设计、施工等具有一定的参考价值。Gypsum built-in module hollow floor is a new structure form in recent years,It use phosphorous chemical by-products——phosphorus gypsum as raw materials for the production to producing gypsum built-in module. When construction,Gypsum built-in module is laid out on the template according to certain spacing uniform,the concrete cast-in-situ molding is completed. The floor has the advantages of saving construction materials,realizing the structure of large span and large space,reducing the weight of floor structure,and convenient construction. The static analysis on gypsum built-in module hollow floor is carried out in this paper. The results have certain reference value for design and construction.
