摘 要:细观结构下,混凝土可看成由水泥砂浆体、骨料及两者的界面区共同组成的三项复合材料。由于三相组成渗透性能的不同,混凝土中骨料含量的变化势必要影响混凝土的渗透性能。研究在水泥砂浆体和四种不同骨料含量混凝土快速渗透试验的基础上,结合混凝土三维骨料分布模型,对快速渗透试验结果进行了对比和模型分析,研究了骨料含量对混凝土渗透性能的影响。结果表明:尽管骨料的增加使界面区也随之增加,但是骨料含量对混凝土渗透性能的影响还是占据了主导作用,骨料含量的增加将减小混凝土的渗透性能;混凝土的骨料三维分布模型可以通过混凝土切片图进行重建,氯离子渗透扩散可采用差分模型进行模拟,其分析结果与试验结果一致。Concrete can be seen as a three-phase material is composed with the mortar,aggregates and interfacial transition zone under microscopic structure. The change of aggregate content in concrete is bound to affect the permeability of concrete due to the difference of the three-phase composition permeability. Base on the rapid penetration tests is launch on mortar and four different concrete aggregate content specimens,combined with threedimensional model of concrete aggregate distribution,comparison and model analysis is carried out on the test results of the rapid penetration specimens,and the effect of aggregate content on the permeability of concrete is studied. The result shows that the affect of aggregate content on the permeability of concrete is dominated despite the increase in aggregate will increase the interfacial transition zone; Increase in aggregate content will decrease the permeability of concrete; The aggregate three-dimensional distribution model of concrete can be reconstruction with concrete slices,chloride diffusion can be simulated with differential model,the simulation results are consistent with the experimental.
