运用微信对支气管哮喘患者吸入糖皮质激素治疗依从性和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨运用微信平台提高支气管哮喘患者吸入糖皮质激素治疗依从性和生活质量的效果。方法选择2014年1～12月在某医院住院的87例支气管哮喘患者，分为两组，观察组44例，对照组43例。观察组在常规出院健康宣教的基础上由微信延续护理小组成员利用微信平台对出院患者进行延续护理，对照组采用传统的出院健康宣教。结果观察组患者6个月复查时，服药依从性、自我护理能力、生活质量及哮喘控制效果均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在支气管哮喘患者的延续护理中运用微信平台，可提高患者吸入糖皮质激素治疗的依从性，提高哮喘控制效果及患者的生活质量，值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the effect on the treatment compliance and the quality of life for patients with bronchial asthma by inhaling corticosteroids using the micro letter platform. Method 87 patients with bronchial asthma from January to December 2014 were recruited and randomly divided into two groups, 44 cases in observation group received continue nursing by the micro letter continue nursing team members using the micro letter platform on the basis of routine hospital health education,43 cases in control group received the traditional hospital health ed- ucation. Result Patients in observation group reviewed at 6 months after discharge. Medication compliance, self-care skills, quality of life and bronchial asthma control results were significantly better than that of the control group. There were significant difference in survey results between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using the micro letter platform in the continue nursing for patients with bronchial asthma can improve the treatment compliance for patients with bronchial asthma,and to improve the effect of bronchial asthma control and the quality of life for patients. This method is worth clinical promotion.
