老年脑出血患者早期康复治疗效果的系统评价

摘　　要：目的系统评价老年脑出血患者早期康复的效果。方法计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普信息资源系统(VIP)、万方数据资源系统、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)(均从建库至2014年10月),并手工检索同期老年脑出血患者早期康复效果的相关灰色文献。按纳入与排除标准独立筛选文献、提取资料,采用RevMan 5.1软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入7个研究共711例患者,其中早期康复组369例,传统组342例。Meta分析结果显示:早期康复能提高老年脑出血患者日常生活能力[MD=10.64,95%CI(10.10,11.17),Z=39.13,P<0.000 01],肢体运动功能[MD=10.77,95%CI(7.39,14.15),Z=6.25,P<0.000 01]。结论老年脑出血患者通过早期康复,能促进日常生活能力,改善肢体运动功能,提高生活质量。Objective To systematically review the effect of early rehabilitative therapy for patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Method we electronically searched in China National Knowledge Infrastruct ure （CNKI）,Chinese Sci ence Technology Periodical Databases（VIP）,WanFang Database,China Biology Medicine disc（CBM） for studies the effect of early rehabilitative therapy for patients with cerebral hemorrhage from inception to October 2014. The Rev Man 5. 1 software was used for meta analysis. Result 711 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were investigated. Meta analysis showed that the scores of Fugl-MeyerEMD= 10.77,95 % CI（7.39,14.15）, Z= 6.25, P〈0. 00001] and Barthel MD=10. 64,95% （71（10. 10,11. 17）,Z=39. 13,P〈0.000011]were significantly higher in the rehabilitation group than in control group. Conclusion Early rehabilitative intervention therapy can be effective in improving life ability and motor function so that it enhances quality of life.
