摘　　要：本文提出一种国家重点生态功能区县域生态环境质量遥感考核方法,该方法以遥感技术为主,集成了卫星遥感、无人机遥感、人工调查等技术的优势,建立了"天"、"空"、"地"的立体化监测方式,并开展示例研究,从多尺度、多分辨率角度获取县域环境变化信息,取得了很好的研究应用效果。This paper proposed a check method of the counties＇ ecological environment quality in National key ecological function area, it based on remote sensing technology, integrated the advantages of satellite remote sensing, UAV remote sensing and artificial survey, established three - dimensional monitoring pattern including of space, sky and ground. Based on the above method, we took one county as the study area, extracted the dynamic change information of the county from multi -scale and multi -resolution, the results showed good effectiveness.
