摘　　要：国务院办公厅2015年8月印发《关于推进城市地下综合管廊建设的指导意见》,全面部署推进城市地下综合管廊建设工作,并成为提高城市综合承载能力和城镇化发展质量的重要举措。In August 2015, the State Council issued the Guidance on Promoting the Construction of Urban Underground Comprehensive Pipe Gallery,a comprehensive deployment of advancing the construction of urban underground pipe work,and has become important action to improve the comprehensive carrying capacity of cities and the quality of urbanization development.
