摘　　要：界定政党文化概念是展开政党文化研究的理论起点。政党文化是指政党追求和实现价值的存在方式和状态。其构成要素,包括精神文化、制度文化、行为文化与物质文化。精神文化是价值的内容规定,制度文化是价值的共同承诺,行为文化是价值的实践运行,物质文化是价值的符号象征,共同编织而成了政党组织的"意义之网"。Defining the concept of political party culture is the theoretical basis to do research on political party culture.Political party culture refers to the existing mode and state of political party to pursue and practice value.It consists of such elements as spiritual culture,system culture,behavior culture and material culture.Spiritual culture is the regulation of value on content;system culture is the shared promise of value;behavior culture is the practice and operation of value;material culture is the symbolization of value,all of which weave together forming the'value net'of political party.
