摘　　要：老年人是药物的主要消费人群,也是药物不良反应的高发人群,药物不良反应严重危害老年人的身心健康,近几年来老年人用药的安全性问题备受关注。针对这一难题,药政管理部门和老年医学及临床药学等学科应充分合作,共同研究应对之策,从新药研发、临床药理学、新药上市后观察、中成药入市标准、合理用药软件的研发与应用、合理用药规则的制订、医生和患者安全用药意识的提升等方面,对老年人用药的安全性进行深入研究。Elderly people are the major consumer groups of medications, and they also have high risk of adverse drug reactions which can be harmful for their health. Therefore, more and more attention has been paid to the medication safety in the elderly in recent years. The pharmaceutical affairs department should cooperate closely with the geriatrics and clinical pharmacy disciplines to tackle this problem. The studies of medication safety in the elderly should be carried out from following aspects： drugs development, clinical pharmacology, new drug post-marketing observation, market standards of Chinese medicine, the development and application of medication software, the rules of rational medication use, enhancing the awareness of drug safety of physicians and patients and so on.
