摘　　要：抗菌药物是老年人最常用的药物种类之一,老年人的生理改变必然导致老年人抗菌药物药动学的变化,了解这些变化对临床合理应用抗菌药物具有重要的指导意义。本文结合国内外文献,对老年人抗菌药物药动学特点作一综述。Antibiotics are widely used in elderly patients. The physiological changes of the aged will inevitably lead to the changes of the these pharmacokinetic changes in pharmacokinetics of antibiotics. Therefore, it is important to understand the rational use of antibiotics in clinic. This paper reviewed the pharmacokinetic characteristics of the aged combined latest researches at home and abroad.
