摘  要:机车牵引及船舶推进等系统要求应用于这些场合的多相永磁同步电机驱动系统具有强的转矩控制能力和容错运行能力。该文针对偏置60°六相对称定子绕组永磁同步电机提出一种缺一相容错型直接转矩控制策略。首先,基于重构的虚拟变量研究该电机一相绕组开路故障时磁链与电磁转矩的关系;其次,基于执行机电能量转换的αβ平面内的虚拟电压矢量及z1z2零序轴系平面内的零序电压矢量,建立起剩余五相健康相逆变桥臂各种开关组合对虚拟定子磁链幅值、电磁转矩及零序电流误差矢量最优控制策略。实验结果表明该文提出的驱动控制系统具有快速的转矩动态响应特性;同时零序电流受控,健康相定子绕组电流幅值相等,且正弦。The strong ability of controlling torque and tolerated fault operation are demanded for multiphase permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system applied in such as locomotive traction, shipping-push, and so on. A tolerated fault direct torque control (DTC) strategy is proposed for six-phase symmetrical winding shifted-phase 60 degree permanent magnet synchronous motor in this paper. Firstly, the relationship between the flux linkage and torque based on the restructured fictitious variables is researched under the condition of one opened phase. Secondly, the optimal control strategy of fictitious flux linkage, torque and zero-sequence current error is proposed with different switching combination of five-phase invert bridge according to the fictitious voltage vector on ctl3 plane used to convert the mechanic-electric energy and zero-sequence voltage vector on zlz2 plane. The experimental results show that the presented DTC has fast response of torque, the five-phase stator currents are sinusoidal and the magnitudes of five-phase current are the same.
