摘 要:涂料壳中黑色烧结层的形成对涂料脱落效果的影响至关重要。本研究以石英涂料为对象,运用扫描电镜(SEM)观察石英涂料壳黑色烧结层的微观形貌,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、能谱(EDS)和相图相结合分析黑色烧结层的成分,研究了黑色烧结层的生成条件及形成机理。结果表明,拥有致密结构的黑色烧结层的主要成分是铁橄榄石,并在熔融态向着涂料外层渗透。冷却过程中其收缩率与钢体差异较大,因此易与钢体分离开来,使涂料层脱落。The black sintered layer of the coating has important effects on the shedding effect. To study the formation mechanism of the black sintered layer, the silica coating was taken as research objects. The micro morphology was studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), the components of the black sintered layer was studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy spectrum analysis (EDS). The result indicates that the main component of the black sintered layer is fayalite, which penetrating into the outer coating layer. The shrinking percentage between the fayalite and steel is different, which makes the coating shed easily.
