摘  要:球磨机的用铸造磨球生产中,高铬铸球叠铸工艺造型和合箱时容易出现错型问题,造成产品较高的废品率和次品率。为保证造型和合箱时上下型对中,最大限度地减小错型量,防止由于错型引发的次品和废品现象的发生,提出了保证上下型板对中的有效措施。且在设计加工工艺时,减少了昂贵的机加工费用。提出的措施成功地应用于高铬铸球叠铸工艺工装制造全过程。Abstract: The shift easily occurs in the mold making and mold assembling during the production of high-chrome cast ball of ball mill by stack casting, which make rejection rate and defective rate higher. To guarantee the upper and lower mold centering, reduce the shift quantity farthest, and eliminate the rejection and defective rate, effective measures that make mold centering were put forward. The high costs of machining were reduced in the design of processing technology. The measures were successfully applied to the whole manufacture of tool equipment production of stack casting process for high-chrome cast ball.
