摘　　要：21世纪,海洋文化产业迅猛发展,呈现出无限的发展潜力。辽宁海洋文化资源丰富且海洋环境多样,发展基础较好且条件优越,区域特色鲜明且互补性强。文章通过对海洋文化产业协同发展的理论机制的分析,并从辽宁海洋文化产业的复杂开放性,区域各沿海城市同宗同源的蓝色特质以及国家和辽宁省政策层面的战略空间等方面,对辽宁海洋文化产业区域协同发展的可能性进行了剖析。进而有针对性地提出了坚持统筹兼顾,构建一体化发展体系;建立协调机制,搭建官产学研协同创新平台;确立企业主体地位,培育大型海洋文化产业集群;加快人才培养,提升公众海洋价值意识以及充分利用"互联网+",加快海洋文化产业信息化建设等有利于辽宁海洋文化产业区域协同发展的对策建议。In the 21st century, with its rapid development, Marine culture industry has presented the infinite development potential. Sea culture resources are abundant in Liaoning with its varied ocean environment, which provides superior condition for development. By analyzing the theoretical mechanism of sea culture industry coordination development, this paper probes into the possibility of Liaoning sea culture industry region coordination development from the perspectives of culture industry complex openness, various coastal cities＇ special characteristics of sea culture as well as national and regional policies concerned. Then the paper proposes the insistence of all-round consideration, the construction of integrated development system, the establishment of the coordinated mechanism, the building of the coordination innovation platform, the establishment of enterprise＇s dominant role, the cultivation of large-scale sea culture industry colony, the speeding-up of the personnel training, the promotion of public sea value consciousness as well as the full use of ＂the Intemet ＋＂, and speeding up the sea culture industry informationization construction and so on.
