摘 要:水力脉冲振荡工具在石油钻井中的应用越来越广泛,逐渐成为钻井提速的关键技术之一。对水力脉冲振荡工具的常见结构、工作原理及破岩机理进行了研究,结果表明,水力脉冲振荡工具能够将水击作用产生的压力脉冲转化为作用于井底岩石的交变动静载荷,改变岩石的应力状态,利于岩石的破碎和井底岩屑的清理,提高钻井破岩效率。S11-1X井实际应用效果表明,使用水力脉冲振荡工具比常规钻井方式平均机械钻速提高38.4%。The application of hydraulic pulse vibrating drilling tool is becoming increasingly wide in oil drilling,and has become one of the key technologies to improve the rate of penetration.The structure,working principle and rock- breaking mechanism of hydraulic pulse vibrating drilling tool were researched.The study indicated that pressure pulse produced by the water hammering of hydraulic pulse vibrating drilling tool could be translated into the dynamic- static load on drilling bit and form partial unbalanced pressure effect in the downhole which changes the stress state of rock.In the light of its performance,it could more effectively change downhole rock stress state,promote dowohole rock to leave on time,and improve the rate of penetration.Practical application in well Sll- 1X manifested that the rate of penetration by using hydraulic pulse vibrating drilling tool was inproved 38.4%than conventional drilling tools.
