摘 要:在尾管固井工艺技术以其极大的经济和社会效益得到广泛应用的同时,也伴随着诸如钻杆胶塞失效导致的固井留高塞等事故的发生,不仅增加了作业成本,还可能导致固井失败,使得前期巨大的投入功亏一篑。为此,笔者通过对传统钻杆胶塞的结构和导致胶塞失效的原因进行分析,发现传统钻杆胶塞存在胶塞皮碗和本体提前脱离、胶塞导向头下行速度加快、提前与尾管胶塞复合的弊端,从而出现诸如水钻井液替空、尾管"灌香肠"与留水泥塞导致环空返高不够、地层漏封等事故的发生。为有效解决胶塞失效导致的尾管固井事故的发生,最大程度减少作业成本,提高固井质量。研制了一种整体硫化式钻杆胶塞,它彻底改变了传统钻杆胶塞"分体式"的结构,有效规避了作业风险,在新疆塔河油田、四川西南油气田等地区100多口深井、超深井尾管固井施工中得到成功应用,显示出其广阔的推广应用前景。Through analyzing the structure of traditional drill pipe plug and the causes of plugs failure,the disadvantages of the traditional drill pipe plug were found,such as the advanced detachment of leather cup of the plug from the body,the more quickly heading down speed of steering head of the plug,and reuniting with liner wiper plug in advance,which results in the insufficient return height of the annular cement slurry and the formation leakage.In order to effectively solve the liner cementing accidents caused by plugs failure,reduce the operation cost,and improve the cementing quality,a kind of integral vulcanization style pump down plug was developed.It completely changed the 'split' structure of traditional pump down plug and effectively avoided the operational risk.The integral vulcanization style pump down plug has applied successfully in the liner cementing of more than 100 deep wells and super- deep wells in Tahe oilfield,Sichuan Southwest oil and gas field and other area,its application prospect was very broad.
