摘 要:低密度全油基钻井液是以低密度矿物油为基础的钻井液,密度低至0.9~0.95 g/cm3,同时添加各种封堵材料形成强封堵性的低密度全油基钻井液。在塔中志留系低压储层钻井应用表明,该钻井液具有密度可控、钻速快、电和热稳定性好、维护处理简单、保护油气层等特点。与密度1.25 g/cm3的聚磺钻井液相比,降低井底液柱压力15 MPa,削弱了井底压持效应,平均机械钻速快近1 m/h,岩心渗透率恢复值则提高近10%,在塔中11-8井和塔中11-2H井取得了较高的油气层保护效应,为低压储层钻井提供了借鉴经验。Low density plugging oil base drilling fluid(0.9~0.95g/cm^3) was synthesized by taking low density mineral oil as basic mud fluid and adding strong plugging material composition.Application results in Tazhong Silurian low pressure reservoir showed that the low density oil base drilling fluid has the advantages of controllable density,fast drilling speed,good electric and thermal stability,simple maintenance features and oil and gas protection etc.Compared with the density of 1.25g/cm^3polysulfonate drilling fluid,the low density oil base drilling fluid could reduce bottom hole hydrostatic pressure about 15 MPa and improve average ROP about lm/h,core permeability recovery value increase nearly 10%.The low density oil base drilling fluid applied in Tazhong 11-8 well and Tazhong 11-2H well has obtained higher reservoir protection effects.
