摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是同时存在生殖功能障碍与糖代谢异常的一种妇科疾病。大量研究表明,PCOS的发病与痰湿、瘀血有紧密联系。深入整理和发掘痰湿、瘀血与PCOS的关联,阐明其病因病机,对科学合理地预防及治疗PCOS具有重要意义。Polycystic ovarian syndrome （PCOS） is a gynecopathy related to both reproductive dysfunction and abnormal glucose metabolism. A large number of studies show that, the morbidity of PCOS is closely associated with phlegm dampness and blood stasis. It is very important to further organize and explore the relationship between the morbidity of PCOS and phlegm dampness, blood stasis, as well as to clarify its etiology and pathogenesis for the scientific and reasonable prevention and treatment of PCOS.
