摘  要:金属纤维具有优良的导热、耐高温和耐磨性能,可用于制作特种纺织用品。目前由于缺乏金属纤维及其混纺纱线的直径系数,给纺织设计带来一定的困难。通过理论分析得到金属纤维及其混纺纱线的直径系数计算公式,求得密度为7.3~8.0g/cm3纯金属纤维纱线的直径系数为0.017;测定计算不同配比金属纤维混纺纱线的直径系数,分析金属纤维比例对纱线直径系数的影响,为金属纤维织物产品的设计开发提供参考。Metal fiber can be used to develop special textile products for its excellent thermal conductivity, high temperature resistant and wear resistance. However, the diameter coefficient for metal fiber and its blended yarn, required for fabric designing, is absent. Therefore, a formula was deduced for calculating the diameter coefficient of metal fiber and its blended yarn. The diameter coefficient of pure metal fiber with density between 7.3 g/cm3 to 8.0 g/cm3, being 0. 017, was obtained by this formula. The diameter coefficients of metal fiber blended yarn with different ratios were calculated and the effect of metal fiber ratio on diameter coefficient was also discussed, which can be used as a reference for the design and development of metal fiber textile products.
