摘 要:目的建立养精种玉煎膏的指纹图谱。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,色谱柱为Platisil ODS(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;检测波长为240 nm;柱温为30℃;流速为1.0 m L·min-1。结果指纹图谱中共有14个特征峰,其中山茱萸有6个特征峰,白芍有4个特征峰,当归有1个特征峰,熟地黄有1个特征峰。结论建立的指纹图谱适用于养精种玉煎膏的质量控制。Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Yangjing Zhongyu Soft Extract. Methods HPLC was adopted for the fingerprint analysis. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Platisil ODS(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) column, mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphorous acid solution in gradient elution, the detection wavelength at 240 nm, the column temperature of 30 ℃, and the flow rate of 1.0 mL'min-1. Results There were 14 characteristic peaks in the fingerprint. Among these peaks, 6 peaks belonged to Fructus Corni, 4 peaks to Radix Paeoniae Alba, one peak to Radix Angelica Sinensis, and one peak to Radix Rehmanniae Preparata. Conclusion The established fingerprint can be used to control the quality of Yangffing Zhongyu Soft Extract.
