东江湖流域生态经济可持续发展评价指数研究

摘　　要：以研究东江湖流域生态经济发展可持续性为目的，将东江湖流域涵盖的4个市县作为基本单位，采取系统性、可行性和科学性的原则，结合东江湖流域现状，建立东江湖流域生态经济可持续发展评价指标体系。该指标体系分为3个层次，下设3个子系统，涵盖15项指标。采用熵值法对东江湖流域生态经济系统的可持续发展进行探讨，结果表明：影响东江湖流域生态经济系统可持续发展指标最重要权重值在0.0800～0.1070之间波动，其中代表是从业人员人数（0.1060）；次要权重区间为0.0600～0.0800，以农业总产值（0.0785）为代表指标；最次要的权重区间在0.0500～0.0600之间。东江湖流域生态经济可持续发展系数在4个县市之间存在一定的差异，上游地区市县生态环境优良，提供了优良的生态经济可持续发展基础，可持续发展系数得分较高，其中桂东县为0.3611，汝城县为0.2951，宜章县为0.2461，资兴市为0.1869。In order to study the sustainable development of eco-economy in four countries in Dongjiang Lake Basin,a sustainable development appraisal indicator system was established,in accordance with the systematic,plausibal and sci-entific principles,taking into consideration of current situation in Dongjiang Lake Basin.The system was divided into 3 levels,containing three subsystems,covering 15 indicators.The entropy evaluation method was used in this research.The results showed that among the indicator weight values for sustainable development of eco-economy in the Dongjiang Lake Basin,the most important weight values ranged between 0.080 0 ～0.107 0,with the number of employment （value 0.106 0）as the representative;the secondary indicator weight values were between 0.060 0 ～0.080 0,with the total output value of agriculture （value 0.078 5）as the representative;and the least indicator weight values varied between 0.050 0 ～0.060 0.Furthmore,differences of sustainable development coefficients for eco-economic system existed among the counties in Dongjiang Lake Basin.The counties in upper reaches enjoyed excellent ecological environment,which laid a good foundation for the area’s development,so the sustainable development coefficients were higher in this area：Gui-dong County was 0.361 1,Rucheng County was 0.295 1,and Yizhang County was 0.246 1,and Zixing County was 0.186 9.
