摘　　要：文章对阜阳新一代天气雷达建站以来遇到的几次典型机械故障,如旋转关节和波导开裂、波导开关故障、伺服电机故障、发射机风温报警、滑环故障和齿轮阻力故障进行分析,并根据这些故障信息寻找故障原因,研究探讨这类机械故障的判断和处理方法。This paper analyzes several typical mechanical malfunctions of the new generation weather radar in Fuyang since its put into operation such as the failures of rotary joint,waveguide switch, servo motor, transmitter air temperature warning, slip-ring and pitch gear resistance. Then, the reasons that caused these failures are found out. The troubleshooting methods and measures are researched and discussed.
