摘 要:研究不同矿化度(即NaCl含量或CaCl2含量)下非离子表面活性剂(Triton X-100)对阴离子表面活性剂胜利石油磺酸盐(SLPS)溶解性(用透光率表示)的影响和SLPS含量对Triton X-100浊点的影响;考察Triton X-100含量对SLPS在高岭土上吸附量的影响;研究矿化度和Triton X-100含量对SLPS降低油水界面张力的影响,以期了解SLPS与Triton X-100的相互增效作用。实验结果表明,随矿化度的升高,SLPS的透光率降低;在NaCl含量为10%(w)时,加入0.06%(w)Triton X-100可使SLPS溶液的透光率达到87%;当SLPS含量由0增至0.1%(w)时,Triton X-100的浊点可从71℃升到117℃。不同矿化度下,Triton X-100可大幅降低SLPS在高岭土上的吸附损失。SLPS与3种原油的界面张力均随NaCl含量的增加而降低,且两种表面活性剂之间的负协同效应在一定含量范围内较低。The influence of a nonionic surfactamt(TritonX-100) on the solubility of an anionic surfactant, Shengli petroleum sulfonate(SLPS), under different salinity(namely NaCl or CaC12 content) was studied by means of the light transmittance. The effect of SLPS content on the cloud point of TritonX-100 was investigated. The influence of TritonX-100 on the adsorbance of SLPS on kaoline was researched. The influences of salinity and TritonX-100 on the reduction of the interfacial tensions between crude oils and SLPS were investigated to analyze the mutual synergism of SLPS and TritonX-100. The results showed that the light transmittance of SLPS decreased obviously with increasing the salinity. When the NaCl content was 10%(w), the addition of 0.06%(w) TritonX-100 could increase the light transmittance of the SLPS solution to 87%(w). The cloud point of TritonX-100 increased from 71 ℃ to 117 ℃ with the SLPS content increasing from 0 to 0.1%(w). Under different salinity, TritonX-100 could reduce the adsorbance of SLPS on kaoline significantly. The interracial tensions between the SLPS solution and three crude oils decreased with increasing the NaCl content, and the negative cooperative effect of the two surfactants on reducing the interracial tensions was small to a certain extent.
