摘 要:采用BCL-100催化剂,在中沙(天津)石化有限公司300kt/a的聚乙烯装置上进行生产PE100级管材专用料的工业试验。考察了催化剂的活性、氢调敏感性、共聚性能,并与参比催化剂进行对比。采用SEM技术观察催化剂和聚乙烯粉料的颗粒形态。表征结果显示,BCL-100催化剂的颗粒形态良好,粒径分布均匀集中,颗粒圆润密实,大颗粒和细粉含量较低;BCL-100催化剂制备的聚乙烯粉料颗粒形态优良,大于700μm的大颗粒和小于45μm细粉的含量极低,接近于0。试验结果表明,BCL—100催化剂的活性(以每克催化剂计)达到27-30kg/g,比参比催化剂的活性提高约80%;氢调敏感性和共聚性能优良;BCL-100催化剂制备的聚乙烯性能优于参比催化剂制备的聚乙烯。The industrial application of the BCL-100 catalyst for the polyethylene(PN049-030- 122LS) was carried out in the Innovene S process of SSTPC, and the adaptability of the catalyst to the process was investigated. The BCL-100 catalyst was compared with a reference catalyst in the process, and the properties of the resins produced with the two catalysts were invetigated. The experimental results showed that the BCL-100 catalyst was more adaptable and economic than the reference catalyst. The activity of the BCL-100 catalyst was 27-30 kg/g, which was about 80% higher than that of the reference catalyst. And, the abilities of hydrogen response and copolymerization of the BCL-100 catalyst were better than those of the reference catalyst. The particle morphology of the polymer produced with the BCL-100 catalysts was very nice. The polymer fines was mainly distributed in the range of 90-325 μm, and the contents of both the bigger than 700 μm particles and the less than 45 μm fines were close to 0.
