摘  要:在Innovene S工艺上采用BCL-100催化剂制备了用于生产PE100管材的树脂(BCL树脂),利用GPC-IR,13C NMR,DSC,XRD等方法研究了树脂的相对分子质量及其分布、共聚单体含量及分布、结晶性能、力学性能、流变性能以及制备的PE100管材的性能,并与进口参比催化剂进行了对比。实验结果表明,BCL-100催化剂可生成更多的超高相对分子质量树脂,己烯共聚率高于参比催化剂,且己烯较多地插入到大分子链段中。BCL树脂的结晶度低,球晶平均尺寸22.0 nm,拉伸弯曲模量、断裂伸长率、热稳定性、弯曲模量、简支梁抗冲强度均较高,适合开发大口径低熔垂管材和大容积容器等高等级双峰制品的专用料。利用BCL树脂生产的PE100管材的性能大幅超过PE100级管材的标准。The PE100 resin(BCL resin) which could be used as a pipe material was prepared with the BCL-100 catalyst in the Innovene S process. The relative molecular mass of the resin and its distribution, comonomer content in the resin and its distribution, its crystallization behavior, mechanical properties, rheological properties and the performances of prepared PE100 pipe were studied by means of GPC-IR, ^13C NMR, DSC and XRD. The performances of BCL resin were compared to another resin synthesized with an imported catalyst. The results showed that, using the BCL-100 catalyst, more resin with super-high relative molecular mass could be prepared, the copolymerization rate was higher and the comonomer(hexene) was more inserted into the macromolecular chain. BCL resin has low crystallinity with an average spherulite size of 22.0 nm, and its bending tensile modulus, elongation at break, thermal stability, flexural modulus and impact strength of simply supported beam are higher. So, it can be used as a high-grade special material for low sag pipe with large diameter and large volume container.
