摘　　要：生态文明的核心是通过调节生态与经济的关系,取得人与人、人与自然及区域之间的协调发展。通过以经济手段为主的制度构建生态补偿机制,调整生态建设和环境保护中的利益关系,对促进经济社会健康、协调、可持续发展具有重要意义。分析河南生态补偿发展现状,探讨河南当前构建和完善生态补偿机制所面临的形势与主要问题,提出构建河南生态补偿机制的对策建议。The core of the ecological civilization is to achieve coordinated development between man and man, man and nature and region through the adjusting of relationship of ecology and economy. It is very important to promote the socio-economy getting healthy, coordinated and sustainable development through the institutional arrangement to build eco-compensation mechanism mainly with eco- nomic means to adjust the interest relationships of the stakeholders during the ecological construction and environmental protection. This study deeply examine the main problems which Henan Province is faced with, based on a systematic analysis on the development of Henan＇ s eco-compensation, and systematically provides the suggestions and countermeasures to build Henan ＇ s eco-compensation mechanism.
