摘 要:2010—2012年对青岛汇泉湾海滨浴场区2站点的浮游植物及环境因子进行67周次连续监测,共检出浮游植物53属94种,细胞总丰度的变化范围为7.19~272.35个/mL,均值为46.74个/mL,硅藻在细胞总丰度中的比例平均达70.34%,主要优势种有骨条藻、角毛藻、菱形藻、新月筒柱藻和舟形藻。调查期内,共检到3次硅藻的赤潮,未检到营养盐发生限制的现象。周年的统计分析显示,调查区浮游植物群落中的羽纹硅藻类与营养盐呈显著的相关关系(P〈0.05)。在浴场开放期,Chl-a质量浓度均值达7.26mg/L,为全年最高,浮游植物群落以羽纹硅藻类最占优势,并且Chl-a与羽纹硅藻丰度呈现极显著的正相关(P〈0.01)。特别对羽纹硅藻在开放期占优势可能引发的不利影响作了探讨,并建议在今后监测和评价该类休闲水域时,应对此给予重视。For a better understanding of the phytoplankton assemblage and its dynamics in the No. 1 bath- ing beach of Qingdao in the Huiquan Bay, monitoring survey in two stations was carried out continuously to observe the phytoplankton community and in situ environmental parameters in 67 weeks from September 2010 to January 2012. A total of 94 taxa from 53 genuses, was determined with a phytoplankton abun- dance range of 7.19~272.35 cell/mL, in average 46.74 cell/mL. The percentage of Bacillariophyta was 70.34o/oo of total cell abundance. The dominant species included Skeletonema costatum, Chaetoceros spp. , Nitzschia spp. , Nitzschia closterium and Navicula spp. During this survey, three algal blooms of Skele- tonema costaturn were recorded and no nutrient limitation was observed. Annual statistical analysis dis- played that the abundance of pannate diatom had significant correlation withnutrient proportion(P〈0.05) During the opening season, the average concentration of chlorophyll a reached to 7.26 mg/m^3, obviously higher than those in other periods, and pennate diatoms became the most dominant group among the phy- toplankton community, meantime, a vary significant positive correlation between chlorophyll a and pen- nate diatoms was observed (P〈0.01). At last, we discussed the negative impact of dominant pennate dia- toms on the environmental amenity in the bathing beach area, and suggested pennate diatoms as a potential biological factor for environmental health assessment in such coastal recreational waters.
