壮医刮痧排毒疗法治疗2型糖尿病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨壮医刮痧排毒疗法治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取2型糖尿病患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例,30天为1个疗程;其中对照组患者给予糖脉康颗粒口服治疗;观察组患者则给予壮医刮痧排毒疗法配合糖脉康颗粒口服治疗;比较两组患者治疗前、10天后、20天后及治疗后血糖控制总达标率,治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG),餐后2h血糖(2h FBG),糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c),甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),空腹胰岛素(FINS),胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)。结果:观察组患者血糖控制总达标率显著优于对照组差异有显著性[88.34%vs76.53%,P<0.05];其中观察组患者治疗后FBG、2h FBG、Hb A1c及HDL-C水平改善程度显著优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗10天和20天后的FBG、2h FBG及治疗20天后的TC、HDL-C显著也优于治疗前,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:壮医刮痧排毒疗法对治疗及控制2型糖尿病具有良好的效果,改善患者生化指标,提高生活质量,以及在调节血脂方面的效果明显,安全性好。Objective： To evaluate the safety and clinical effect of Zhuang medicine scraping detoxification therapy in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods： We selected 120 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes,randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group had 60 cases,30 days for a course of treatment; the control group patients were given Tangmaikang granule oral treatment; patients in the observation group was given the Zhuang medicine scraping detoxification therapy combined with Tangmaikang granule oral treatment; comparison the patients in the two groups before treatment,10 days,20 days after treatment and blood glucose control the total compliance rate before and after treatment,fasting blood glucose（ FBG）,2 h postprandial blood glucose（ 2h FBG）,glycosylated hemoglobin（ Hb A1c）,three glycerol（ TG）,total cholesterol（ TC）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（ LDL-C）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（ HDL-C）,fasting insulin（ FINS）,insulin sensitivity index（ ISI） Results： The observation group patients blood glucose control the total compliance rate was significantly better than the control group there were significant differences in [88. 34%vs76. 53%,P〈0. 05]; the patients in the observation group after treatment,FBG,2h FBG,Hb A1 c and HDL-C levels improve significantly better than the control group,the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）; observation of FBG,2h FBG treatment and 10 and 20 days after treatment group patients 20 days after TC,HDL-C also significantly better than those before treatment,the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05） Conclusion：Zhuang medicine scraping detoxification therapy has a good effect on the treatment and control of type 2 diabetes patients,improve the biochemical index,improve the quality of life,and in the regulation of blood lipid effect obviously,good safety.
