摘　　要：医院文化已经成为当前医院管理和发展的重要资源。加强医院文化建设同样是现代中医院深化医院管理和改革所面临的必然课题,是促进中医院发展的核心竞争力,而中医院文化建设需要有传统中医文化的文化底蕴支撑,也需要有与现代中医院相适应的文化发展要求。同时,中医院作为继承和传播中医药文化的重要阵地,将中医文化转化成中医院文化的特色和优势,能够弘扬祖国优秀的传统文化。中医院文化建设包括医院价值观、行为规范和环境形象三个方面,笔者认为应从三个方面凸显中医文化特色,针对目前中医院文化建设存在的表面化、形式化和缺乏网络化等问题,通过培育优秀医院精神、创建医院文化品牌、加强文化建设、缓解医患之间的紧张关系、完善医院网络建设进一步改善中医院中医药文化建设。Hospital culture has become an important resource of hospital management and development in the current. To strengthen the construction of medical culture is also a modern hospital of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） reform and management facing the inevitable topic, is the core competitiveness of promote hospital development. However, TCM hospital culture construction needs traditional Chinese medicine culture to support, also needs cultural development requirements adapted to modem TCM hospital. Meanwhile, TCM hospital as an important position for inheri- tance and dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine culture, transforming TCM culture into characteristics and advantages of hospital culture is helpful to carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture. Hospital culture construction includes values, norms and environment three aspects, the author thinks that it is necessary to highlight the cultural characteristics of TCM from the three aspects above. Aiming at the existing problems of superficial, formal and lack of network in hospital culture construction, cultivating good mental hospital, creating hospital culture brand, strengthening the construction of culture to ease tensions relationship between doctors and patients and improving the hospital network construction should be done, so as to further improve the hospital cultural construction of TCM.
