对针刺与中医“正气”及现代免疫学的思考

摘　　要：本文通过分析针刺、中医学"正气"与现代医学免疫功能三者之间的内在联系,确立机体固有的免疫系统在防病治病方面的重要地位,明确针刺与现代免疫、中医"正气"之间的密切关系。中医学"正气"成为研究针刺与免疫学的切入点及中西医交织融合的纽带。通过调动机体的整体调节,达到机体自身的稳定与平衡以及维持内外环境的协调平衡状态成为研究三者共同的理论出发点。针刺能够根据机体的病理状态及其他相关因素良性、双向、整体地调整机体免疫功能,弥补非特异性免疫抑制剂的不足和缺陷,在治疗免疫系统疾病方面发挥了现代医学不可替代的优势与特色。Through the analysis of the intrinsic link between acupuncture, healthy qi of TCM and modern immunology function, it is required to establish the significant role of the intrinsic, immune system on the prevention and treatment of diseases. And accordingly, it actually has close relationships among acupuncture, modern immunology and healthy qi of TCM. Healthy qi of TCM has been the starting point of the research between acupuncture and immunology as well as the link which combines TCM and Western Medicine. There are the common theory jumping-off points aiming at them, such as adjusting the whole body to achieve the stability and balance of the body and maintaining the balance of inter- nal and external environment. Acupuncture can adjust the immune system function in a bidirectional, benign and whole way according to the pathological state of human body and other related factors. Furthermore, it does compensate for the insufficiency and the flaw of non-specific immunosuppressant. It actually has the advantages and characteristics in the treatment of the immune system diseases which are irreplaceable with modern medicine.
