摘　　要：本文对我国中医药管理的起源、历史沿革、当前发展现状等进行了分析,同时还探讨了香港、台湾两地各有特色的管理方式和组织架构。从制度建设、专项立法、改革策略、教育制度、人才培养等领域,对近年的国内外信息进行归纳和总结,并指出该领域存在标准化欠缺、多头管理、专业人才不足、立法滞后等主要问题,为浦东新区建设"国家中医药发展综合改革试验区"探索一套符合发展实际需求并具有可推广性、可复制性的中医药管理模式提供政策参考。This paper analyzes the origin, history and current status of traditional Chinese medicine management, and also discusses the management modes and organization structure of Hongkong and Taiwan. It concludes and summarizes the domestic and international information in recent years from the fields of special legislation, reform strategy, system construction, education system, personnel training, etc. And it points out the problems of this field, which exists lack of standard, bull management, lack of professional personnel, legislation lags behind and so on. Through these, it can help the construction of ＂the national comprehensive and reform pilot area＂ of Pudong New Area, and provides policy refer- ence for the TCM management mode which can be spread and copied.
