摘  要:从延安大学医学院(以下简称"我校")实际出发,探索适合我校临床医学专业人才培养模式的途径和方法。在多年的教学实践中发现我校现行的教学模式以课程为中心,忽视了医学知识相互联系的特点,使得教学的各阶段相互脱节。针对该现状对教学模式进行改进,提出了临床医学专业"四段式"人才培养模式,即基础学习-床边见习-临床实习-回归提升,希望能够为我国临床医学专业高素质人才培养工作的提高,提供有价值的参考。Proceed from the reality of Yan^an University School of Medicine ("our school" for short), to explore ways and method, which is suitable for clinical medical professional personnel training mode in our school. Many years of teaching practice shows that centralized on courses is the current teaching mode of our school, which ignore the inter- relation characteristics of medical knowledge, making stages of teaching disjointed. Aimed at the situation, the model of teaching should be improved, "four stages" personnel training mode of clinical medicine specialty has been proposed, including based learning-bed trainee-clinical practice-return to ascend, hope to provide valuable reference for improve clinical medicine professional high-quality talent training in our country.
