速效心痛滴丸对不稳定型心绞痛患者心率变异性和QT离散度的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨速效心痛滴丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛的效果及其对患者心率变异性和QT离散度的影响。方法选取201 1年6月2014年6月在本院就诊的132例不稳定型心绞痛患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组,各66例。对照组给予酒石酸美托洛尔片等常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上同时联合应用速效心痛滴丸治疗,比较两组的效果。结果 观察组的总有效率为92.4%,显著高于对照组的71.2%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。观察组治疗后的心绞痛发作次数、硝酸甘油片用量显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。观察组治疗后的心率变异性参数（RMSSD、SDNN、SDANN、PNN50）显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。观察组治疗后的QTd、QTcd显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 速效心痛滴丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效确切,能够显著改善患者的心率变异性,调节患者的QT离散度。Objective To explore the effect of Suxiao Xintong dropping pill in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris and its influence on heart rate variability and QT dispersion. Methods 132 patients with unstable angina pectoris in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,66 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy like metoprolol tartrate tablets,the observation group was given Suxiao Xintong dropping pill on the basis of the control group.The effect in two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.4% ,which was higher than 71.2% in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.01）.The frequency of angina pectoris attacks and the dosage of nitroglycerin tablets in the observation group after treatment was less than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.01）.The parameters of heart rate variabilities of RMSSD,SDNN,SDANN and PNNs0 in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.01）.The QTd and QTcd in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Suxiao Xintong dropping pill obtains a definite effect in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris,and can remarkably improve patient＇s heart rate variability and regulate the QT dispersion.
