T-SPOT对青少年结核病诊断价值的研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨结核感染T细胞斑点试验（T-SPOT）在青少年结核病诊断中的价值。方法 回顾性分析本院2012年1月~2015年2月临床确诊为结核病并进行T-SPOT检测的162名青少年患者,并与结核抗体检测结果进行对比。结果 T-SPOT对全体患者、肺结核患者和肺外结核患者检测的阳性率分别为63.58%、58.89%和69.44%,明显高于结核抗体检测的20.99%、23.33%和18.06%。结论 T-SPOT诊断青少年结核病具有快速、准确、阳性率高的特点,对青少年人结核病具有极高的诊断价值。Objective To evaluate the value of tuberculosis infection T cell-SPOT testing （T-SPOT） in the diagnosis of adolescent tuberculosis. Methods 162 adolescent patients clinically diagnosed with tuberculosis and given T-SPOT in our hospital from January 2012 to February 2015 were analyzed retrospectively and the results was compared with the tuberculosis antibody detection result. Results The positive rates of T-SPOT for all patients,pulmonary tuberculosis patients and extra pulmonary tuberculosis patients was 63.58%,58.89% and 69.44% respectively,which was significantly higher than that of tuberculosis antibody detection （20.99%,23.33% and 18.06% respectively）. Conclusion T-SPOT has the features of rapidness,accuracy and high positive rate in the diagnosis of adolescent tuberculosis,which is of high diagnostic value for adolescent tuberculosis.
