摘 要:目的:探讨有效的护士长执行力评价工具。方法:在初步拟定的指标体系基础上,采用德尔菲法通过两轮专家咨询确立指标体系,运用优序图法确定一级指标的权重,专家评定法确定二级指标的权重。结果:构建了一个包括8项一级指标(理解任务能力、分解任务能力、授权能力、过程控制能力、沟通能力、学习创新能力、执行责任感、评价考核能力)和41项二级指标及权重的指标体系。结论:两轮咨询结果具有可靠性,所构建的指标体系能从多个维度体现护士长执行力的特征和要求,可对护士长执行力做出较为客观的评价。Objective: To search an executive ability evaluation system for head nurses. Method: Evaluation index system was established by Delphi method together with suggestions from experts in two rounds, the optimal sequence diagram method was used to determine the weights of the first level index, the expert evaluation method was used to determine the weights of the second level index.Result: The index system established comprised two levels: with 8 indexes of the first level index ( task decomposition ability, understanding of mission ability, authorization ability, process control ability, communication ability, learning and innovation ability, responsibility of execution and evaluation ability ) and 41 others on the second level index and the value coefficient was given to each index.Conclusion: The results of two rounds' expert consultation with the reliability of the index system constructed from multiple dimensions reflect the characteristics of executive ability for head nurses and offer a objective assessment for head nurses.
