摘  要:目的:探讨远程无线血糖监护系统在社区糖尿病患者中应用的意义。方法:将120例患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组采用远程无线血糖监护系统进行血糖监护。对照组按照患者平时的生活习惯进行治疗观察。观察治疗前后两组患者的体重指数、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白、血脂谱及低血糖事件发生情况。结果:观察6个月及1年后,治疗组FBG、2 h PG、HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL、HDL及低血糖事件均明显优于对照组;观察1年后,治疗组BMI优于对照组,以上比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察6个月后,治疗组FBG、2 h PG、HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL、HDL较前改善,而对照组2 h PG及LDL较前升高。1年后,治疗组的BMI、FBG、2 h PG、HbA1c、TC、TG、LD、HDL较前改善,而对照组2 h PG、HbA1c、TG及LDL较前升高。结论:远程无线血糖监护系统可以提高社区糖尿病患者对血糖、血脂及体重的控制,且减少低血糖事件的发生。Objective: To explore the significance of remote wireless glucose monitoring system applied in patients with diabetes of community.Method: 120 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with each group 60 cases.The treatment group was given remote wireless glucose monitoring system to monitoring the blood glucose.The control group was treated and observed according to patients' living habit.The body mass index, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 hours blood glucose, glyeosylated hemoglobin, blood lipid profiles and hypoglycemia situation were observed before and after treatment.Result: 6 months and 1 year after the observation, the FBG, 2 h PG, HbAlc, TC, TG, LDL, HDL and hypoglycemia situation of the treatment group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) . 1 year after the observation, the BMI of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .6 months after the observation, the FBG, 2 h PG, HbAlc, TC, TG, LDL and HDL of the treatment group were better than before, while the 2 h PG and LDL of the control group were higher than before.] year after the observation, the BMI, FBG, 2 h PG, HbAlc, TC, TG, LDL and HDL of the treatment group were better than before, while the HbA1c, 2 h PG, TG and LDL of the control group were higher than before.Conclusion: The remote wireless blood glucose monitoring system can improve the control of blood glucose, blood lipid and body Weight in community diabetic patients, it can also reduce the occurrence of hypoglycemia.
