摘　　要：厘清区域创新能力的内涵、结构与形成机理,对于指导我国更好地进行区域创新系统的建设有着极其重要的意义。本文通过梳理近些年国内外相关研究发现:区域创新能力的内涵和结构尚没有取得共识,也没有可供操作的概念模型;对于区域创新能力形成机理的研究不够深入,影响因素的探讨不够细致;空间因素的加入虽然可以很好地解释区域创新能力的形成,但是对于空间因素的选取和测量,还没有给出一致性的结论。因此,区域创新能力的相关研究还存在不足,应该从上述几个方面入手,弥补研究的缺憾。Figuring out the connotation, structure and formation mechanism of regional innovation capability is of great significance for guiding our country to construct a better regional innovation system. By combing the recent domestic and foreign researches, we obtain some conclusions as follows： First, there isn＇t consensus yet as for the connotation and the structure of regional innovation capability, and we still lack conceptual model for operation. Second, the research on the formation mechanism of regional innovation capability is not profoundenough, and the factors influencing regional innovation capability is not dealt with in detail. Last but not the least, while spatial factors help toexplain the formation of regional innovation capability, the recent domestic and foreign researches havenot come toa consistent conclusion as tohow to select and measure the spatial factors. Therefore, the researches on regional innovation capability are still insufficient. Taking the above-mentioned aspects as astarting point,we should make up for the shortcomings of the research.
