摘  要:在高压共轨系统综合性能试验台上对所设计的不同结构的双层交错布置多孔喷嘴的喷油规律进行了测试。试验结果表明:孔径大的双层交错布置多孔喷嘴喷油速率较大;下层喷孔喷射夹角的变化对双层交错布置多孔喷嘴喷油速率影响不显著;在喷孔几何流通面积相同的情况下,双层交错布置多孔喷嘴与传统单层喷嘴相比具有较高的喷油速率和较大的累积喷油量。为深入分析其原因,建立了双层交错布置多孔喷嘴内流场的三维CFD模型,对双层交错布置多孔喷嘴与传统单层喷嘴进行气液两相流的模拟分析,研究发现双层交错布置多孔喷嘴有效流通面积比传统单层喷嘴大。The injection rate of different double-staggered porous nozzle was tested on a high pressure common rail comprehensive performance test bench. The test results show that the double-staggered porous nozzle with larger nozzle holes has a high injection rate which is independent from the injection angle of lower nozzle holes. In the same nozzle geometric flow area, the injection rate of the double-staggered porous nozzle was higher than that of the traditional nozzle. The nozzle inner flow field 3D model of the double-staggered porous nozzle was established to simulate the gas-liquid two-phase flow of the double-staggered porous nozzle and the traditional nozzle. The study shows that the effective flow area of the double-staggered porous nozzle is larger than that of the traditional nozzle.
