双蒂滑行皮瓣在隐耳矫正中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨双蒂滑行皮瓣治疗隐耳畸形的临床效果。方法2011年1月至2014年10月，对7例12只先天性隐耳，于耳廓上方设计一个双蒂皮瓣，向下滑行形成新的耳颅沟，其余创面移植皮片覆盖。结果本组7例12只耳术后愈合良好，无任何并发症。术后随访3个月至1年，平均（5．67±3．38）个月，耳廓形态稳定，畸形无复发，效果满意。结论双蒂滑行皮瓣操作简单，易成活，形成的耳颅沟稳定、耐磨，是一种较好的治疗隐耳的方法。Objective To explor the curative effect of double pedicle sliding skin flap for correction of cryptotia. Methods From January 2011 to October 2014,7 cases with cryptotia （ 12 ears） were treated. We designed a double pedicle sliding skin flap above the helix. The flap was slided downward to form a new aurieulocephalie sulcus. The other wound was covered by skin graft. Results All wounds healed very well with no complication. The follow-up period ranged from 3 months to 1 year, with an average of （5.67 ±3.38） months. The ear had stable appearance with no recurrence. The result was satisfactory. Conclusions The method is simple with reliable flap survival rates. The new auriculocephalic sulcus is stable and resistant. It＇ s a good choice for correction of eryptotia.
