摘  要:目的探讨先天性心脏病患者开胸术后心电图的变化及其原因。方法从2013年12月至2014年12月我院收治的先天性心脏病外科开胸手术患者中选择100例,其术前心电图表现除房室肥大外未见其他异常改变。观察术后心电图变化,并对术后一周及三个月的心电图变化进行对比分析。结果术后一周及三个月的心电图改变多为右束支阻滞和ST段抬高呈急性损伤型改变,且分别比较这两种改变在术后一周及三个月出现的次数,差异均有统计学意义。术后心电图改变的原因与手术方式、手术部位、心脏再灌注等有关。结论心电图检查是先天性心脏病患者术后复查较好的无创性辅助检查方法。Objective To observe the ECG changes of patients with congenital heart disease (CHD) after thoracotomy and investigate the reasons. Methods One hundred cases were selected from post-tho- racotomy CHD patients who had been admitted in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014. Before the operation, no abnormal ECG change was observed besides atrioventricular hypertrophy. The ECG changes one week and three months after thoracotomy were observed and comparatively analyzed. Resltlts ECG changes one week and three months after the operation were mainly right bundle branch block and ST-segment elevation with acute injury changes. If the frequency of the two kinds of ECG changes one week and three months after thoracotomy was compared separately, the difference was both statistically significant. The post-operation ECG changes were related to surgical procedures, operative sites, cardiac reperfusion, etc. Conclusion In the re-examination of post-thoracotomy CHD patients, ECG is a good non-invasive adjuvant diagnostic method.
