摘  要:为明确水稻秸秆浸提液对甜玉米(Zea mays L.var.saccharata Sturt)种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,采用室内培养皿法,研究了水稻秸秆浸提液对甜玉米种子发芽率、发芽势,幼苗苗高、根长、总干重、相对含水量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性以及丙二醛(MDA)含量等指标的影响。结果表明,水稻秸秆浸提液对甜玉米种子发芽率、发芽势,幼苗苗高、根长、总干重的影响表现为低浓度促进、高浓度抑制。并且低浓度的水稻秸秆浸提液能够提高甜玉米叶片的CAT、SOD和POD活性,降低MDA含量,维持细胞质膜的稳定和完整性。In order to investigate the effect of an extract solution from rice straw on the germination and seedling growth of sweet corn, indoor culture dish germination method was used in this study. The effects of the extract on germination, shoot length, root length, total dry weight, peroxidase (POD) activity, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, catalase activity (CAT) and malondialdehyde (MDA) content of sweet corn ( Zea mays L. var. saccharata Sturt ' Huameitian168' ) were investigated by a dish method. The results showed that the germination percentage and germination potential of seed and the shoot length, root length and total dry weight of seedlings of sweet corn stimulated by a low concentration of rice straw extract solution, but inhibited by a high concentration. So, the activity of POD, SOD and CAT was improved, but the content of MDA was decreased in leaves of sweet corn by the low con- centration of rice straw extracts, to maintain the stability and integrity of the plasma membrane.
