摘 要:为探讨地膜再利用对土壤脲酶活性的影响,2011年在河套地区进行了旧膜、新膜覆盖及露地栽培向日葵对比试验。结果表明,地膜再利用可明显提高土壤脲酶活性。在0~40cm土层,旧膜覆盖的土壤脲酶活性较新膜覆盖土壤增加7.4%,较露地增加1.1%。土壤脲酶活性随向日葵生育期变化而不同,呈上升—下降—小幅上升的趋势。土壤脲酶活性随土层深度的增加均呈减小趋势,旧膜覆盖可以维持耕作层土壤脲酶较高的活性,但随土层加深,旧膜覆盖土壤脲酶活性下降幅度较露地大。地膜再利用改变了土壤脲酶活性,加速了土壤中潜在养分的有效化,为地膜再利用技术的推广应用提供了理论依据。Aiming at reducing agricultural pollution caused by plastic film, the effects of re-used plastic film mulching on soil urease activity were studied through comparing with the plastic film and open field in Hetao region. The results showed:soil urease activity of re-used film mulching increased at different degree. Compared with new film mulching and barefield, soil urease activity in 0 -40cm of re-used film were higher 7.4% and 1.1%, respectively. With the change of growth stages, soil urease activity increased at first, then declined and increased slightly at last. Vertical changes of the soil urease activity were reduced with increasing soil depth, but higher activity in plough layer(0 -20cm)when the plastic film was used. Thus, it can be seen that re-used film could also enhance soil urease activity though improved farmland ecological microenvironment.
