聚有机季铵盐织物抗菌柔软剂的合成与应用

摘　　要：以丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPAA)、烯丙基环氧聚醚(APE500)和十八叔胺(Q18)为原料,在偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)作用下进行溶液聚合,得到非有机硅类长链聚有机季铵盐(VPEQ18)。用红外光谱对其进行表征并确认产物结构。用柔软度仪、折皱弹性仪、全自动色差计对VPEQ18的应用性能进行测试,最终确定在棉布大小为6 cm×10 cm,含固量30%的VPEQ18乳液用量为3 g/100 g H2O,经VPEQ18整理的织物能够达到理想的柔软、顺弹、抗菌的效果。A new type of organic silicon long chain organic quaternary ammonium salt as a fabric softener（ VPEQ18） was synthesized by solution polymerization using hydroxypropyl acrylate（ HPAA） and allyl polyether epoxy（ APE500） and 18 tertiary amine as raw materials,and azodiisobutyronitrile（ AIBN） as initiator. Its structure was characterized and confirmed by means of infrared spectrum,and analysis shows that VPEQ18 was of a chemical structure of expected design. The application performance of VPEQ18 was studied using softness measurement,crease elasticity tester,and automatic color difference meter,and it was found that,under the process conditions of cotton cloth size of 6 cm × 10 cm,VPEQ18emulsion dosage（ 30%） for 3 g,the fabric could reach the ideal state in terms of softness,smoothness,and antibacterial effect.
