摘　　要：中国企业法务正走向一个新时期。依法治企成为企业运营发展的战略性目标,企业法律顾问制度的未来发展方向和路径成为法律工作的新挑战,合规管理成为企业法律工作新的热点,传统案件管理模式需改革,海外法律风险管控成关键。Corporate legal work in China is entering a new era： management according to law has become the strategic objective of a company＇s operation and development, finding the direction and path for the future development of legal advisory system has become the new challenge, and compliance management has become the new focus of corporate legal work. In this new era, the traditional management mode （by legal cases） should be reformed, and it has become critical to control overseas legal risks.
