摘 要:2008年以来,智慧城市从概念到实践,逐步成为中国城市信息化及新型城镇化发展的主题,全社会对智慧城市的认识正在深入。纵观近年来中国智慧城市的规划与建设,体现出五个方面的重要进展:分别是智慧城市学术研究成果、国家政策体系建设、基础设施体系建设、应用服务体系建设、实施保障体系建设;同时,伴随移动互联网及云计算和大数据等新技术应用及国家新型城镇化规划建设需求,智慧城市呈现出四个方面的发展趋势:分别是地下管网系统、不动产统一登记系统、多规融合系统、移动互联应用系统研发。From concept to practice, not only Smart City has been becoming popular topic in China, but also becoming the main subject of China new-type urbanization and the main content of China city informationization since 2008. By reviewing the progress of Smart City development in China in recent years, five aspects can be summarized as follows: the academic research achievements, the national policy constitution, the urban infrastructure improvement, the application system development, and the supporting system construction. At the same time, alone with the development of new technologies and their application, such as mobile communication, Cloud Computing, and Big Data, as well as the demands of China new-type urbanization, the trends of Smart City development in China in the near future can be deduced four aspects, such as, underground pipes management system, real estate information system, integration of multi-spatial planning platform, and mobile internet application platform.
