摘　　要：应用是智慧城市建设的生命力所在,应用体系是智慧城市建设体系的重要组成部分。本文以武汉为例,从硬件设施、数据、平台、应用、政策法规和组织机制等六个方面研究了智慧城市应用体系的基本构架,从服务对象、应用深度、协同程度等三个方面分析了地理信息规模化应用的模式。最后,介绍了社会综合管理与服务信息系统、土地税源管理系统、菜市场地图以及分析决策等四个智慧武汉建设应用的几个最新案例。Applications are the key issue in the smart city construction. Based on the research and practice in the construction of smart Wuhan, this paper discussed the general framework of applications in smart city, elaborated the components of infrastructure, basic data, common platform, policies ＆ regulations, and organization mechanism. The extensive application from the aspect of users, application levels, and cooperative degree are discussed. Finally, the latest applications of smart Wuhan, including the application on social administration ＆ service, land tax management, market map services, and decision support system are introduced.
