摘  要:针对地籍记载的众多对象和地籍对象时空变化联动性特点,在对地籍对象分类,分析地籍对象时空变化基础上,探讨了地籍对象的全生命周期,改进了传统基于事件时空数据模型中的事件含义,建立了基于全生命周期和改进事件的地籍对象时空数据模型,体现了地籍对象时空变化的联动性,研发了地籍时空管理原型系统,实践表明,研发的系统较好地满足了地籍动态管理中的业务需求。As respect to the numerous objects that are recorded in the cadastre and the co-movements among the changes of cadastral objects, the whole life cycle of cadastral objects is discussed based on the classification of cadastral objects and the analysis of the spatio-temporal changes of cadastral objects. The improved definition of events in the traditional events spatio-temporal data model is proposed. The spatio-temporal data model of cadastral objects based on the whole life cycle and the improved events, which indicates the co-movements among the spatio-temporal changes of cadastral objects, is proposed and established. Furthermore, the spatio-temporal management prototype system of the cadastral objects is developed. And the results indicate that the developed prototype system is satisfied with the demands in the dynamic management of cadastral objects.
